Great sandwiches start with great bread. We bake our own classic semolina sub rolls fresh in-house every day after cold-proofing our dough for over 24 hours — they’re golden, fluffy, and built to hold up to our serious fillings. Multi-grain flatbread wraps and gluten-free ciabatta are also available.
Our chef-driven menu is built around sandwiches you'll actually crave, drawing on founder Andy Gottlieb’s extensive professional culinary experience and lifelong passion for bold flavors, viscerally delicious sandwiches, healthyish cooking techniques & classic combinations with a twist. Our menu features scratch-made sauces, house-whipped burrata, daylong-braised turkey meatballs, and ingredients we're proud to put our name on throughout. Pair any sandwich with one of our hearty salads, fresh sides like our Mac & Cheese & Peas and Roasted Broccoli, or finish with an Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
We also craft our own refreshing beverages in-house, with House Ginger Lemonade, Pineapple Coconut Water, Strawberry Apple Juice, and Organic Pure Black Tea brewed fresh daily.

Every sandwich at Sandwell starts with our house-baked semolina bread and is built to order with the kind of ingredients and technique you'd expect from a kitchen that takes food seriously — house-whipped burrata, slow-braised turkey meatballs in Sunday sauce marinara, scratch-made pesto and dressings, calabrian chile oil, and produce we source fresh daily. Our menu features signature healthyish sandwiches like the Chicken Pesto Burrata, Turkey Meatball Sub, Chicken Parm, and Mushroom Cheese"steak" — alongside hearty salads dressed with our house-made Green Goddess Caesar and maple dijon vinaigrette, fresh sides, and beverages we craft in-house.
We offer vegetarian options like the Spicy Eggplant Parm and Mushroom Cheese"steak", a fully vegan sandwich in The Remy — inspired by ratatouille, both the dish and the tiny chef — and gluten-free options on our gluten-free ciabatta. Kids meals are also available.
