This is the box that proves vegetarian catering doesn't have to be an afterthought. The Veggies Sandwich Box features three of our most popular plant-forward subs — the Mushroom Cheese"steak", the Spicy Eggplant Parm, and The Remy, which is fully vegan. All three built on our house-baked semolina bread and every one of them good enough that the meat eaters will be reaching over too.
