Gluten-Free-Friendly Sandwiches
all of our ingredients (except bread) are prepared gluten-free by default, including our old-school turkey meatballs, chicken & eggplant cutlets, mac & cheese, and oatmeal chocolate hazelnut cookie. we are proud to serve our entire menu of delicious gluten-free sandwiches rather than just one or two options.
we use separate gloves, platters, knives, cutting boards and utensils when preparing all gluten-free sandwiches. we also purchase our gluten-free bread from a dedicated gluten-free bakery.
despite these precautionary measures, please be advised that there is the potential for inadvertent allergen cross-contamination since our sandwiches are produced in a facility that contains gluten, nuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, fish and sesame seeds.
